Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Top1Discount.com and Top1Discount Ads Tool. By using the website or application, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Top1Discount Ads Tool

Top1Discount Ads Tool is an advertising management and keyword research application operated by Top1Discount. It may connect to Google Ads through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorisation system and the Google Ads API.

  • Historical search metric analysis.
  • Country and language targeting research.
  • Google Ads account and campaign analysis.
  • Campaign planning, reporting, and optimisation assistance.
  • Authorised advertising-management operations.

2. Authorised Use

You may use Top1Discount Ads Tool only for Google Ads accounts that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorised to access.

You must not:

  • Attempt to access a Google Ads account without permission.
  • Use credentials belonging to another person without authorisation.
  • Use the application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the application.
  • Use the application in violation of applicable Google policies or applicable law.

3. Google Account Authorisation

Certain functions require the user to authorise access through Google’s OAuth 2.0 system. The user remains responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions for all connected Google Ads accounts.

Top1Discount does not request users to provide their Google account password directly to the application.

4. Revoking Access

Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that they have permission to access connected advertising accounts.
  • Reviewing campaign settings before campaigns or changes are published.
  • Complying with Google Ads policies and applicable advertising laws.
  • Protecting access to their devices, accounts, credentials, and configuration files.
  • Reviewing advertising information, keywords, budgets, targeting, and creative content before use.

6. Keyword and Advertising Data

Keyword search volume, competition metrics, estimates, forecasts, and other advertising information may be provided by Google Ads or other authorised data sources.

Such information may change over time and should be treated as analytical or planning information rather than a guarantee of advertising performance, traffic, revenue, conversion rate, or profitability.

7. No Guarantee of Advertising Results

Top1Discount does not guarantee that use of the application will result in increased traffic, sales, advertising performance, conversions, revenue, profit, or other commercial outcomes.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Top1Discount Ads Tool may interact with third-party services such as Google Ads. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of Top1Discount Ads Tool when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, third-party API changes, or product development.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Top1Discount name, website content, application functionality, software, documentation, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Top1Discount.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information, including data received through Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top1Discount will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the website, application, third-party APIs, advertising campaigns, or related data.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Top1Discount Ads Tool if we reasonably believe the application is being used without authorisation, in violation of these Terms, in violation of applicable law or platform policies, or in a manner that creates a security risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date.
