This Privacy Policy explains how Top1Discount (“Top1Discount”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when users visit Top1Discount.com or use Top1Discount Ads Tool.

Top1Discount Ads Tool is an advertising management and keyword research application that may connect to Google Ads through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorisation system and the Google Ads API.

1. Information We May Process

  • Information that users submit directly through Top1Discount.com or Top1Discount Ads Tool.
  • Google Ads customer and account identifiers.
  • Campaign, ad group, advertisement, keyword, targeting, reporting, and related Google Ads information.
  • Keyword planning data and historical search metrics.
  • Geographic and language targeting information.
  • OAuth access credentials and refresh credentials necessary to maintain authorised Google Ads API access.
  • Technical information required for application operation, security, troubleshooting, and logging.

2. Google OAuth and Google Ads API

Top1Discount Ads Tool uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorisation process to request access to Google Ads data. Users authenticate directly with Google.

Top1Discount does not collect or store a user’s Google account password.

The application accesses Google Ads information only within the permissions granted by the user and only for accounts that the authorised Google user is permitted to access.

3. How Google User Data Is Used

  • Retrieve keyword demand and historical keyword metrics.
  • Analyse advertising opportunities by country and language.
  • Review Google Ads account and campaign information.
  • Prepare keywords, targeting, reports, and advertising campaign assets.
  • Assist authorised users with campaign management and optimisation.
  • Generate internal reports and analytical outputs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot authorised Google Ads API integrations.

Google user data is not sold to third parties and is not used for purposes unrelated to the authorised functionality described above.

4. OAuth Credentials

Where persistent access is required, OAuth credentials such as refresh tokens may be stored securely to maintain authorised Google Ads API access.

For internal or desktop deployments, credentials may be stored in restricted application configuration files or other protected storage accessible only to authorised operators.

OAuth credentials are used only to authenticate authorised Google Ads API requests and related application functions.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the requested application functionality.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application, maintain authorised access, meet operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

OAuth credentials may remain stored while an integration remains authorised and may be deleted when access is revoked or when the credentials are no longer required.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Access to Google Ads credentials and account information is restricted to authorised users and systems that require such access for legitimate application functions.

9. Revoking Google Account Access

Users may revoke Top1Discount Ads Tool’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.

After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to make new authorised Google Ads API requests using that authorisation.

10. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of personal information or stored authentication information associated with their use of Top1Discount Ads Tool by contacting us at caphenguyenchatbuonho@gmail.com.

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
